中文摘要 | 在過去二十幾年以來,質性研究方法已被學校領導研究社群所接受,其中,個案研究是最常用的方法。然而質性研究應用於學校領導研究仍有許多問題,可能有些還沒有答案,有些已慢慢出現共識。透過蒐集及分析相關文獻,本文從個案研究的本質和多重個案研究的特性出發,接著論述研究對象、理論架構、資料蒐集方法、資料分析和研究信實度,主要在於探討如何運用個案研究方法,以進行學校領導的研究,期待有助於學校領導研究的開展,提升學校領導實踐的品質。 |
英文摘要 | Over the past two decades, qualitative methods have been accepted by research communities for school leadership. Case study research is the most common method used. However, there are many problems with qualitative methods. Few problems remain unanswered and some have come to consensus gradually. Our paper discusses qualitative methods in terms of case studies, multiple case studies, research subjects, theoretical frameworks, data collection methods, data analysis, and research trustworthiness. Our study explores the application of case studies to school leadership research and promotes the quality of school leadership. |
