中文摘要 | 本文旨在透過文獻分析,初步探討領導人教練服務制度,作為中小學校長專業成長的新取向,提供專業發展的新思維。首先,探討目前中小學校長專業成長的現況、問題與需求,藉以剖析建構領導人教練服務制度的必要性;次則分析領導人教練服務的基本概念、內涵以及發展;三則探討國內實施領導人教練服務制度的政策設計考量;最後根據文獻探討結果提出結論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this paper is to explore the leadership coaching system, to be the new direction for primary and secondary school principals' professional growth. First, by the understanding of current situation for the needs of educational training for the principals, this research highlights the necessity for constructing the leadership coaching system. Second, this research analyzes the basic concepts and development of leadership coaching. Third, considerations for designing leadership coaching are discussed. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are offered by the discussions of literature. |
