中文摘要 | 本文的主要目的,為論述評鑑所帶給教學與學習上的哲學思維。透過分析大學機構的相關評鑑工作,闡釋其所產生的表象運作與真相探索,全文首先指出評鑑功能與角色是形成性還是總結性,隱喻指出現階段評鑑所產生的績效導向現象,致使可能忽略教與學所帶來反省思考的正向能量。
本文進而討論教與學的主體性及客體性,指出學校機構自我診斷學生學習成效的重要性。隨之,論述高等教育機構在評鑑顯學的氛圍中,面臨同質化的考驗與挑戰。在這評鑑指標項目統一規格下,學校機構如何能真正面對自己內部應運而生的指標內容與檢核機制。值臨,這系所評鑑與校務評鑑盛行的當下,大學自主與學術自由的理想性,其因應與挑戰又該是如何。
全文主要透過同一事件不同角度的思考與陳述方式,從表象運作與真相探索的交互探究,希冀能產生對評鑑工作有積極正向意義與評鑑哲學的思辨。 |
英文摘要 | The aims of this paper are to explore the influences on the teachinglearning aspects after evaluation. This paper uses the evaluation disclosure methods either on institution level or on department level to interpreting the superficial operations and real explorations about university evaluations.
First of all, the function of evaluation either on formative or summative is the core interpretation while those university evaluation jobs undertake. It is necessary for us look at the evaluation system and its concept from various angles. Moreover, it is essential to observe the institutional-based selfdiagnosed mechanism to assess students, achievement. Also the indicators both quantitative and qualitative are required from internal reflective practice rather than the external buffer organizations. This paper is using the evaluation of higher education in Taiwan as a background context on the discussion of the actual condition to reveal the evaluation accreditation system and its effect to government and society. Furthermore, this paper will also discuss the challenges faced by the university autonomy and the academic freedom of university under the framework of evaluation.
At the same time, it will examine the relationship between the goals of evaluation and the world trend, and once again, reflect it on the strategies and position that higher education institutions in Taiwan are facing under the grand of evaluation. |
