中文摘要 | 本研究主要是從分布認知理論觀點,分析學校集體智慧的實際情形。研究者以文獻分析後的三項溝通方案,實際介入於Z國小(化名)進行實踐,並採取參與觀察和訪談等方式,透過長期浸潤在研究場域中,以了解一所國小集體智慧的發展與形塑之歷程。最後,將所蒐集的資料進行討論和分析後,獲致了以下重要的結論:一、Z國小實踐三項溝通方案後,可促進成員認知的分享,並產生分布的認知。二、三項溝通方案中之「成員之間持續的互動和溝通」是形塑學校集體智慧的主要內涵。三、三項溝通方案在Z國小實踐後,衍生出更為具體可行的策略。四、三項溝通方案及其後續可行策略,有助於學校集體智慧的實現。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the practice of the three artifacts of a school's collective wisdom from the perspective of distributed cognition. The researcher had adopted participative observations and interviews as methods, and he had immersed in the research field so long for fully understanding the development and formation of the school's collective wisdom in an elementary school. After discussing and analyzing the collected data, the following conclusions were as follows: Firstly, members' cognition was shared and distributed cognition was promoted at Z school through the three artifacts. In addition, continuous interaction and communication among members were important factors of the formation of the school's collective wisdom. Thirdly, more feasible strategies were generated immediately after the three artifacts were put into practice. Lastly, the three artifacts and the consequent strategies were instrumental to the practice of the school's collective wisdom. |
