中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討代間學習方案對於世代互動的影響,以20位參與代間方案的大學生,和20位年滿60歲的高齡者為對象,分析代間學習方案對於不同世代的影響。研究目的有三,包括:探究代間學習方案對於參與者的效益、分析高齡者參與代間學習方案的改變,以及瞭解高齡者和大學生在代間學習方案中發揮的功能。為達研究目的,採訪談法進行研究。訪談資料經分析與討論後,提出六項結論,包括:高齡者參與代間學習方案對個人充實新知及代間關係的建立有助益;大學生參與代間學習方案拉近與高齡者的距離;高齡者參與代間學習方案的改變包括認知、情意與行為三方面;高齡者在代間學習方案中發揮經驗分享,以及引導和協助的功能;大學生在代間學習方案中發揮帶動,以及照顧高齡者的功能;高齡者與大學生發揮代間連結,以及互補的功能。進而在結論的基礎上,提出四項建議。 |
英文摘要 | In the context of a gradually aging society and the increasing interest in education for the elderly, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of an intergenerational learning program which was conducted at Hsuan Chuang university. The participants in this study were 20 university students and 20 adults over 60 years of age. An interview method was adopted, and the data was analyzed using standard statistical methods. The study undertook to better understand; (1) the benefits to both the elderly and the student participants in this intergenerational learning program; (2) the social and educational changes, including cognitive, affective and behavioral changes, brought about by this program; and (3) the different functions or roles of the elderly and student participants in the program. Finally, the study proposed 6 conclusions and offered 4 suggestions. |
