An Introduction and Analysis of the UK 2010 Evaluation Schedule for Schools

近年来，许多国家的政府为了增强综合国力和国际竞争力，都不遗余力地掀起了教育改革的大潮。坚持问责、关注绩效、加强和深化教育督导对教育质量的评价、监督、指导作用是各国政府在这一大潮中所采用的主要国策。本文旨在通过解析2010年4月英国政府颁布的最新教育督导评价指标，为我国教育督导评价和评价指标体系的建构提供借鉴。

In order to enhance overall national strength and international competitiveness, it has become a big ‘tide and trend’ that many governments spare no efforts to launch the educational reforms, to raise educational effectiveness, and to carry out the performance accountability in recent years. This article aims to introduce and analyze the UK 2010 evaluation schedule for schools issued by the OFSTED in the UK in April 2010 so as to bring insightful ideas into Chinese inspectional evaluation, moreover, in constructing the evaluation index system in China.
