英文摘要 | The main characteristics of faculty salary system in America include the following: 1) The market regulation based on performance; 2) The level of pay is high but with large individual differences; 3) The legal system is sound. These characteristics have kept university job more attractive to talented persons, but meanwhile they also brought about many problems. The inspirations to us are: The market regulating based on faculty's performance should be restricted; the external competitiveness of faculty salary's should be kept a higher level, but its internal competitiveness should be moderated; A sound coordination mechanism for faculty's benefits should be established, especially the legal system. |
