英文摘要 | In recent years, the United States gradually improves standards-based teacher certification system. The ‘National Association of Teacher Education Certification' (NCATE) amended the former standards, and integrated the standards formulated by ‘Interstate New Teacher Support and Evaluation Association' (INTSAC) and the ‘National Professional Teaching Standards Board' (NBPTS) to establish a new Trinity system of qualification authentication, accessing licenses and training certificates of the teachers licenses. Teacher certification system makes the transition from the concern about the academic theory to that of practical wisdom and professional enthusiasm. |
