中文摘要 | 不同的教育管理学生成方式将会形成形态各异的教育管理学理论类型。采用“从上看”与“从下看”的生成方式,主要形成“理论的教育管理学”与“实践的教育管理学”、“管理者的教育管理学”与“被管理者的教育管理学”;采用“向外看”与“向内看”的生成方式,主要形成“管理学的教育管理学”与“教育学的教育管理学”、“西化的教育管理学”与“本土的教育管理学”;采用“往回看”与“往前看”的生成方式,主要形成“回溯性的教育管理学”与“展望性的教育管理学”。或是存在理解失当、运用不妥的问题,或是存在重视不够、建设不力的缺陷,这些不同类型的教育管理学都有待发展与完善。 |
英文摘要 | The different ways by which education management emerged led to different theoretical types in education management. The way of “look upward” and “look downward” mainly generated the theory-oriented education management and the practice-oriented education management, the regulator-oriented education management and the regulated-oriented education management. The way of “look outward” and “look inward” generated the education management derived from management science and that derived from education science, the westernized education management and the indigenous education management. The way of “look backward” and “look forward” generated the education management focusing on history and that focusing on the future. Considering the improper understanding and application of these types of education management and that they were not well attended to and were insufficiently constructed, it is urgent to develop and improve all these types of education management. |
