中文摘要 | 价值冲突是当前我国社会生活诸领域所面临的一个不可忽视和回避的问题,学校教育作为广泛社会生活的重要组成部分,其中的价值冲突问题自然也不例外。学校教育中的价值冲突主要是通过学校教学和管理活动中的各种困境体现出来的。虽然价值冲突的外在表现形式多种多样,但它们却分享着共同的类型特征,在界定不同价值逻辑的基础上,我们可以将价值冲突大体划分为两种不同的类型:一类是不同价值逻辑之间的冲突;一类是同一价值逻辑内部不同价值选择优先性的冲突。进一步的分析表明,不同价值逻辑之间的冲突源于不同价值逻辑前提预设的不可通约;而同一价值逻辑内部的价值冲突则源于不同价值选择的优先性排序问题。当前,解决学校教育中价值冲突问题的关键在于通过对话、交流而在冲突各方之间达成一定范围和程度的价值共识以及在此基础上通过适当的方式促进人们价值追求的提升。 |
英文摘要 | Value conflicts have become an issue that should not be avoided and neglected in every domain of social life in China. School education, as an important part of social life, is no exception. Value conflicts in school education are mainly embodied in the plight of school teaching and management activities. Although there are different types of external expression of value conflicts, they share some characteristics. Based on the definition of different value logic, value conflicts can generally be categorized into two types: one is value conflicts between different value logic; the other is the value conflicts of selection priority under the same value logic. Further analysis showed that the value conflicts between different value logic are rooted in the incommensurable premise of different value logic; while value conflicts under the same logic arose from the sequencing priority of different value selections. At present, the key to address the issue of value conflicts in school education lies in the dialogue and communication between different conflict parties for some consensus. Based on this, appropriate means should be adopted to improve people's value pursue. |
