中文摘要 | 立足于竞争以获取更多的教育资源是当前较为普遍流行的一种学校发展观。在竞争性发展观的支配下,学校教育的内在价值追求,即学生的发展受到不应有的忽略,其危害至为深远。为此,应当从根本上颠覆竞争性学校发展观,建立以学生发展评判学校发展的发展观。从学生的发展出发来看待学校发展,则要求学校从学校教育的社会基础设施、教育对象的差异性存在以及教育的适应性等着手,由SWOT分析转向“教育分析”。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the competition for more educational resources is a prevalent view of school development at the present. The view of the competitive development neglects the intrinsic value of school education, that is, the students' development, which leads to the significantly negative effects. Therefore, we should fundamentally overturn the view of competitive school development, and establish a development view that school development is evaluated through student development. To view school development from the angle of student development requires school start from the social infrastructure of the school education, the differences in education targets, and the adaptability of education and so on. There should also be a shift from the SWOT analysis to education analysis. |
