Inheritance and Innovation--From the New-Democratic to the Socialism General Education Policy

我国历来十分重视教育方针的制定和执行，通常都把教育方针作为指导和规范教育发展的总纲领。中华人民共和国的教育方针，是中国共产党在领导革命和建设过程中逐步形成的。社会主义教育方针是新民主主义教育方针传承和创新的结果，并在实践的检验下不断得以调整和完善。梳理和研究传承和创新的过程，对于深入理解和全面把握社会主义教育方针的实质和内涵会有很大的帮助。

China has always attached great importance to the formulation of the general policy of education. Because once it is formulated， the general education policy is regarded as the principle guide to regulate the development of education. Current Chinese general education policy inherits some idea of Chinese new-democratic education policy in the past， this paper intends to discuss in details about the inheritance and innovation of the new democratic education in the formulation of Chinese Socialism general education policy.
