我国研究型大学的发展定位与战略--基于华中科技大学的实践探索

Development Identification and Strategies of China Research Universities--On the Basis of Practice of Huazhong University of Science and Technology

创建高水平研究型大学已经成为我国部分大学的自觉行为。一部分大学为此开展了一场[静悄悄]的生态再造运动，形成了新的更有利的生态系统，包括边界延展、学科群落建立、运行机制创新、和谐功能维护等。未来我国研究型大学发展应当着眼于崇尚学术，陶铸英才；扎根社会，引领方向；辐射全国，融入世界的目标定位，采取更有效的发展战略，提高发展品质，提升学术和社会功能。

To become a high level research university has been an utmost goal for many universities in China. In order to realize this goal， many universities have adopted an ecological reconstruction approach. The reconstructions include program extension， establishment of new disciplinary clusters， reform operational mechanism and establishment of coordinating function， etc. In to achieve the objective， such as worshipping academia and cultivating elites； rooting in the society and leading the direction； influencing the whole country and integrating in to the world， more effective developing strategies should be taken to improve the quality of development， and enhance the academic and social function in future construction of research universities.
