我国高校收费制度攺革的分析与思考

Analysis of the Reform of Tuition and Fee System in China’s Higher Learning Institutions

本文从学费、支付能力、高校经费来源和贫困学生资助等四个方面，对中美两国高校收费制度进行了比较，对进一歩推进我国高校收费制度改革和配套措施提出了建议。

The article compares the tuition and fee systems in the higher learning institutions between China and USA， with regard to tuition scale affordability of the students， revenues of the institutions， and assistance for poor students. Some recommendations are provided for higher learning institutions to improve their financial system as well as related measures concerning student tuition and fee.
