Research on the College Students’ Ability to Pay the Tuition in Yunnan Province

大学生的付费能力直接影响成本补偿作为一种高等教育财政手段的潜在价值。本文通过问卷调查，采用方差分析和逻辑回归模型的方法，分析学生的付费意愿、能力及对公平的影响，为大学生收费和资助政策调整提供参考。

College students’ ability to pay the tuition affects directly the success of the financial policies concerning the higher education. Based on the survey and research on the financial conditions of college students in Yunnan， this paper uses the methods of Analysis of Variance and Logistic Regression Model analyzing the students’ willingness and ability to pay the tuition. It also analyses other factors， which affect the students’ paying of tuition， thus presenting the significance of the policies of tuition charging and the financial assistance.
