Achieving Approaches of the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in Japan

从明治维新时期至今，日本义务教育经历了一百多年的发展历程，义务教育的均衡发展始终贯穿于历次教育改革的指导思想中。考察日本义务教育从不均衡走向均衡的发展过程，总结日本教育发展的经验和教训，对于解决我国目前的现实问题有着重要的借鉴意义。

The compulsory education in Japan has experienced a history of development for about 100 years since the Meiji Restoration. The balanced development has always been the important content of the ideology in each Japanese educational reform. Therefore， it is very significant to investigate the process， experience and lessons of the compulsory education practice in Japan and get some preferences for resolving educational problems in China.
