State of the Art in School Choice Research: Phenomena and Policies

环顾全球，择校在一些国家表现为一种社会[现象]，而在另一些国家则体现为一项变革[政策]。近年来，国外择校研究继续向着[广]与[深]的方向发展，这既拓宽了我们观察全球择校现象的视野，也深化了我们对西方国家择校政策的认识。本文基于近三年来国外择校研究的最新文献，从择校[现象]的动因、择校[政策]的设计和成效方面，描绘本研究领域的前沿图景，并思考相关启示。

Viewed from a global perspective， school choice has been recognized as a social phenomenon in some countries while others considered it as a reform policy. In recent years， research on school choice has scaled new heights， deepening our understanding and broadening our vision of this global phenomenon. This has afforded new insights into school choice polices in western societies. This paper， based on a survey of international literature on school choice published in the last three years， is an attempt to depict the state of the art in this field. It describes the causes， design and outcomes of the school choice policy and discusses its educational and policy implications.
