英文摘要 | School choice is a behavior of pursuing individual benefits, which reflect the economic approach on efficiency. However it challenges the ideology existed in compulsory education. This paper tries to describe the tension and address the efforts in educational reform worldwide in reducing it. Two approaches were identified. One is to reduce the scope of public interests to leave some space for choice. Another one is to ensure the right of choice irrelevant to family's social status by a careful designed Procurement Practices. |
