澳大利亚培训包的优势及其对我国高职课程改革的启示

Strengths of Australian Training Package and Its Inspiration for the Curriculum Reform and Development of Chinese Higher Vocational Education

职业教育课程改革已经成为提高我国职业教育质量和培养高素质劳动者的瓶颈，我国政府对此也引起了高度重视。培训包是澳大利亚职业教育改革与展成果特点的具体体现，借鉴其成功的经验对我国职业教育课程改革有很强的现实意义。本文主要阐述了澳大利亚职业教育培训包的优势，并提出它对我国高职教育课程改革的启示。

The curriculum reform of vocational education has become the bottleneck of the quality improvement of Chinese vocational education and the cultivation of high─quality workers， which is a big concern of our government. Training Package incarnates the most striking characteristics of Australian Vocational Education reform and their successful experience can be of great practical significance to that of Chinese Vocational Education. This paper mainly analyzes its strengths and puts forward some constructive suggestion for the curriculum reform and development of Chinese higher vocational education.
