英文摘要 | Research School is part of the Netherlands' national innovation system and plays a great role in shaping and developing its global competition ability. The operation of ICO, one of the research schools in the Netherlands, shows that the openness of organization, the explicitness of training target, the integration of high quality resource, the intercross and integration of disciplines, the flexibility of doctoral courses and the recognition of doctor's competence are their prominent characteristics. The design and operation of research school system testifies that only system innovation can put high quality educational resources together and improve teaching and research level of doctor training. |
