英文摘要 | The problem of teacher’s quality in /American basic education has become a focus in American society in recent years. A series of reforms to cope with the crisis of teacher’s quality and improve overall level lf teacher’s quality at the beginning of the 21st century have been carried out in America, for example, increasing teacher’s payment, establishing the standards for professional teacher’s, promoting the assessment of teacher’s education. These reforms in America are significant to the construction of teaching force and teacher’s education reform in China. |
