Postgraduate Education Reform Toward Cultivating Creative Talents in Japan

The strategy called ‘Nation-building on Creation of Science and Technology’ has been enforced in Japan since 1995. As one part of the strategy， cultivating creative talents is becoming a more important policy in 21st century. Based on the review of weakness of teaching， international exchange and research organization， Japanese government started a new postgraduate education reform to enhance the measures on development of creative talents.
