英文摘要 | Quasi-judicaturalization of administration of American education is a process and result that the legal institutions and group of American education and every member of the society is legal subject of Quasi-Judicature of education. They can initial and retain by themselves bestow action of law and regulation and make judgment, decision and revision. The system is earmarked by its legal authority of bestowing educational law to everyone and plays the most important role in earmarking, advancing, ensuring and harmonious development of American society. |
