高校英语专业跨文化交际课程教学现状调查研究

A study of the teaching of Intercultural Communication to English majors at the tertiary level

跨文化交际课是高校英语专业的一门选修课，应立足培养学生的跨文化交际能力--主要以文化意识为中心，特别是态度和情感层面。本文对我国30 所高校的教师进行了问卷调查，对跨文化交际课程的教材使用、课程设置、教学方法及教学目标等方面进行了定量分析。分析结果表明诸多院校在教材使用、课程设置和授课方面不同程度地存在一些问题，其中授课中的问题尤为突出。针对如何提高跨文化交际教学的效果和学生的跨文化交际能力两方面，笔者对部分教授这门课的高校教师进行了访谈。希望本研究能够为促进我国英语专业的跨文化交际教学和提高学生的跨文化交际能力提供参考。

Intercultural Communication， as a selective course for English majors at universities， should aim at improving students' intercultural communication competence， which focuses on cultural awareness， especially attitude and feelings. Through a questionnaire involving 30 universities， this paper investigates Intercultural Communication teaching in terms of selection of textbooks， course design， teaching methods and teaching objectives. The results show that there are problems in the use of textbooks， course design and classroom teaching. Interviews are also conducted to invite suggestions on how to improve Intercultural Communication teaching and students' competence. It is hoped that the study can provide insights into Intercultural Communication teaching and improving students' intercultural communication competence.
