影视字幕在二语习得中的作用研究综述

A review of research on the effects of captions in SLA

本文回顾了关于影视字幕在二语习得中作用的实证研究。相关研究主要集中在以下几个方面： 1）字幕对内容理解和记忆的影响；2）字幕对词汇习得的影响；3）二语水平和字幕的交互作用；4）不同字幕与配音组合方式对二语习得的影响。目前对大多数问题的讨论尚不够充分，有待进一步研究。本文还指出了这一领域内研究的不足之处和未来值得研究的问题。

This article reviews the empirical researches of the effects of captions in SLA. The relevant researches focus on the following aspects: 1) the effects of captions on content comprehension and retention; 2) the effects of captions on vocabulary acquisition; 3) the interaction of students' second language proficiency with the effects of captions; 4) the effects of different modes of captions on SLA. But most of the questions are under-researched and need further study. The limitations of previous researches are pointed out and suggestions for further improvement are also raised.
