中文摘要 | 本文从香港教育体系入手,介绍了香港教育体系及教师语言能力的测评体系和标准,分析了香港教育几大特点及其教育改革的各个方面。在此过程中,香港政府及其教育机构的教育理念以及政策支持也得到体现。本文试图从香港的教育政策,尤其是语言教育政策中得到启示,探究在构建内地英语教师语言能力测评体系时可能面临的问题,以期对内地英语教师标准制定及教师能力测评提供参考和借鉴。 |
英文摘要 | This paper, starting from a brief introduction of the Hong Kong Education system, highlights the Assessment System and standard-setting of Hong Kong language teachers' language proficiency, and analyzes the several characteristics of Hong Kong education as well as its educational reform. The educational concepts of and the policy supports from the Hong Kong government and its educational institutions are also reflected during this process. The present paper attempts to draw inspiration from Hong Kong's education policy, especially from the language education policy, and to explore the problems which we may face when constructing language proficiency assessment system, so that implications will be made for setting standards for English language teacher assessment in mainland China. |
