探索河南农村综合高中办学模式

河南省农村普通高中教育供不应求，复读现象普遍；中等职业教育门前冷落，要求探索全新的高中教育办学模式；积极探索新时期农村高中教育发展的新途径，发展普通高中教育的同时加快中等职业教育的发展；改革农村高中教育办学模式，试办农村综合高中。
