中文摘要 | 自我調整學習係指「以學習目標為導向,個人使用後設認知監控並調整其內在認知、動機與外在資源來達成學習目標的歷程。」自我調整學習已被視為成功學習的關鍵,一未能自我調整學習人能覺察他所面對的作業要求即本身的能力,他具有較高的自我效能感,且常將學習結果歸因為自己可控制的部分,他擁有一套有效解決問題的策略並能適時地使用這些策略,同時,他也能發展出能遷移於不同學習情靜脈落的知識、技巧與態度。因此,自我調整學習應是教學的重要目標之一。本文目的主要在介紹自我調整學習的意義、成分、特性、自我調整學習的歷程與運作模式,最後則提出協助學生發展自我調整學習能力的建議。 |
英文摘要 | Self-regulates learning (SRL) has been defines as a complex interactive process involving not only cognitive self-regulation, but also motivational self-regulation. It is recognized as the key of successful learning. A student with SRL skill could be well conscious of his advantage and the according inquiry. Such a student could develop and utilize effective problem-solving strategies, and could also regulate learning strategies into different learning situations. The purpose of this article is to introduce meaning, constructure and property of SRL, as the process and operating model. Several suggestions concerning teaching SRL are also recommended. |
