美國當代著名心理學家加涅的思想及其理論研究成果再教育技術學領域產生了相當大的影響。該文提出了他對教育技術學發展所做出的三大里程碑式的貢獻，包括促進了學習理論的身化和發展、教學設計理論的形成與發展，以及確定了教育技術學的邏輯起點，並在此基礎上分析了加涅理論對教育技術學未來發展的影響。

Robert Gagne is a famous contemporary psychologist in America. His thought and theortitical study brings quite great influence in the field of educational technology. This article proposes his contributions of the three major milestones in the development of educational technology. Such as， promoting the development of learning theories， the form and development of instructional design theories， and building up the logical start of educational technology. At last， the article analyzes its influence on the development of educational technology in the future.
