Predicaments of the Application of the Fair Use System to Web-based Teaching
When the digital web changes the mode of information distribution， the teaching activities is also innovated drastically. Compared with the traditional teaching， the web-based teaching shows great differences in many aspects such as teaching subject， learning subject， teaching materials and the influence on the benefits of works. Thus the present fair use system is confronted with multiple predicaments: there are a series of problems to be settled urgently in the aspects of theoretical foundations， value option and system establishment， etc. the standard analysis of the predicaments about the application of the present fair use system is helpful for us to understand the disparity between the system and the social reality， to further realize the copyright legislation on the web and to widen the train of thought about web-copyright.
