對遠程教育公共服務體系的思考

Some Thoughts on Public Service System of Distance Education

目前，國家級的社會化遠程教育公共服務體系已具雛型。如何做好、做大、做強、持續發展，筆者認為，以專業化服務為特色，以規範化的優質管理創品牌是核心問題。因此，必須明確定位，統一標準，正確認識和處理公共服務體系、電大、普通高校三者之間的關係，加強服務體系自身建設，實現公共服務體系、電大、普通高校共生共榮，為學習型社會的創建做出應有的貢獻。

At present， a socialized state-level public service system of distance education has primarily taken in shape. But how to expand the system and make it better? In the author’s view， the key to the problem is to characterize it with specialized services and establish its brand with standardized superior management and properly deal with its relationships with RTV universities and conventional universities. Meanwhile， the construction of the system itself should be strengthened so as to realize the mutual promotion between RTV universities and conventional universities and contribute together to the learning society.
