| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討敏捷領導(agile leadership)於校長學校經營中的應用與影響。隨著教育環境邁入易變(volatile)、不確定(uncertain)、複雜(complex)與模糊(ambiguous)(VUCA)的時代,學校領導者須展現應變與協作能力,推動組織學習與發展。敏捷領導重視情境覺察、人際互動與自我反思,主張以靈活策略因應挑戰,並透過學習導向實踐培育組織適應力。本研究綜整國內外文獻發現,敏捷領導有助於建立開放與學習導向的學校文化,促進危機管理、教師專業承諾與創新實踐,進而提升學校韌性與永續發展潛能。若能結合分布式與轉型領導理念,將有助於建構以信任、合作與創新為核心的學校文化,促進學校面對教育變革與高不確定性的能力。 |
| 英文摘要 | The present study examines the enactment and implications of agile leadership in school principals’administrative and instructional practices. As the educational environment transitions into an era char¬acterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA), school leaders are increasingly expected to demonstrate adaptive and collaborative capacities to advance organizational learning and develop¬ment. Agile leadership emphasizes situational awareness, interpersonal interaction, and self-reflection, advocating for flexible strategies to ad¬dress challenges and cultivating organizational adaptability through re¬flective, learning-oriented practices. Synthesizing insights from domestic and international literature, this research suggests that agile leadership fosters open and learning-oriented school cultures, enhances crisis man¬agement, strengthens teachers’professional commitment, and promotes innovative practices, thereby enhancing school resilience and capacity for sustainable development. Integrating distributed and transformational leadership philosophies with agile leadership principles further supports the creation of trust-, collaboration-, and innovation-centered school cul¬tures, enabling schools to navigate educational reforms and heightened uncertainty. |
