中文摘要 | 传统上,质量管理被认为是企业的专利,高等教育质量管理通常被理解为大学对于企业质量管理的模仿。事实上,质量管理虽然是源于企业,但绝不意味着只有企业才面临质量管理的危机,才需要实行质量管理。在质量时代,质量管理同样是大学化解危机、迎接挑战所必需的战略选择。大学对于企业质量管理的学习与借鉴,与其说是在复制企业质量管理模式,不如说是在与企业共同分享质量管理的合理内核。在实施质量管理并努力建构高等教育质量管理理论的过程中,大学必须跨越组织边界、超越公私两分的局限,拋弃质量管理上大学与企业的对立,与企业共同分享质量科学的最新成果,不断丰富和完善质量管理理论。 |
英文摘要 | Typically, management of quality is considered to be the patent of enterprises and the management of higher education quality only to be an output of emulation. Despite the fact that quality management originated in enterprises, enterprise is not the only institution that needs to conduct quality management when facing quality crisis. In an era of quality, quality management serves as a strategic choice for universities to overcome crisis and challenges. Therefore, it is appropriate to say that university quality management is a process of sharing the essence of quality management with enterprises rather than a process of emulation of the management model of enterprises. In an effort to carry out quality management and develop a quality management theory for higher education, it is necessary for universities to transcend the organization boundaries as well as the limitation of public-private dichotomy, eliminate the antagonism in quality management between universities and enterprises and share the latest research findings in this field with enterprises. |
