| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是以非經濟型生產老化觀點,建構退休準備課程,以及相關配套措施。本研究運用焦點團體訪談法,建構退休準備課程的架構、內涵及實踐方式。本研究的結果,退休準備教育課程架構,可包含個人成長課程(生理健康、心裡適應、靈性成長、終身學習、生涯規劃、社會安全)、家庭照顧課程(家庭關係、家人照顧、生活安排)及社會參與課程(志願服務、人際關係、相關資源運用)等,三大課程層面十二項課程內涵;而其課程實踐,則包括六項實踐方式與六項配套措施。本研究結果可作為我國未來實踐退休準備教育之參考依據。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study developed a framework for productive aging retirement preparation courses and explored their implementation methods. Through focus group interviews, this study analyzed the perspectives of individuals nearing retirement by using methods based on grounded theory, including open, axial, and selective coding to analyze the interview transcripts. The analysis results revealed three core content areas, namely personal growth, family care, and social participation, which comprised 12 items. Additionally, six implementation methods and six supporting services were proposed for such courses. The findings provide practical recommendations for educators, policymakers, and older adult education organizations promoting retirement preparation education. |
