标准化病人连续工作的时间对OSCE评分的影响

Impact of Standardized Patient Working Time Length on Scoring OSCEs

目的：探索客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）中标准化病人（SP）在半天中连续工作的合理时间安排问题。方法：OSCE考试试验和问卷调查相结合。结果：半天中，SP连续工作1小时、2小时和4小时，其评分与打分医生评分的一致性较为稳定。结论：在志愿者SP同意的情形下，可以安排其连续工作半天。本研究可为OSCE的SP安排提供借鉴。

This paper aims to analyze what the reasonable length of SPs’ working time for OSCEs should be within half a day through the methods of OSCEs trials and questionnaire as well. It finds that SPs’ scoring and Doctors’ scoring is consistent while the SPs works for OSCEs for 1 or 2 or 4 hours. Therefore， with their content， volunteer SPs can work for SOCEs 4 hours during half a day. And this can be referred for OSCE’s arrangement.
