中文摘要 | 高等教育质量问题具有国际性,中国的问题有其特殊性,可以借鉴国际惯例和经验来应对。中国高等教育质量的特殊问题是,学生听课太多,自主学习过少。矫正这个偏差是高等教育”质量工程”最大的潜在空间。一门课程的全体学生和教师构成一个学习组织,这个组织需要一个传统意义上的老师,一个学习组织的领导人,和学生学习过程的服务员。正是从这个意义上,我们引入建导法,但导教师对教学全过程实施服务型管理。 |
英文摘要 | The problem of higher education quality has been a worldwide issue for a long time. Yet, China’s one has its own facet that consultation of the international best practices and experiences may help to deal with. The students spend too much time in classroom but too little in our─classroom academic work. Dealing with this problem provides the biggest room for improving the students’ learning quality. A class of students for one course is a learning organization that needs not just a traditional teacher but also an organization leader and a learning mentor, which leads us to introduce the facilitative way of teaching into higher education, and encourage the teacher to become a facilitator who is a teacher a leader and a mentor for overseeing the students’ complete learning process both in and out of classrooms. |
