運用自然發展行為介入的實證方案──JASPER的早療實務分享

An Evidence-Based Approach to Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions: Practical Early Intervention of JASPER

自閉症類群障礙症的早期介入方案眾多，皆用意於協助改善幼兒的社交溝通及語言認知困難。而近期自然發展行為介入模式為現場許多早療人員採用的方案模式，本文藉由介紹共同注意力、象徵遊戲、共同參與、調節等四個成份組成的模式（JASPER）與其各自的的核心理念，以及JASPER的策略分層操作的實務分享，期能透過此文章引介JASPER未來於臨床及教學現場的實務運用性。

Numerous early intervention programs for ASD have been developed, most of which aim to improve young children’s social communication and language cognition difficulties. Recently, the naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (NDBI) model has gained popularity among early intervention practitioners. This paper introduces the Joint Attention, Symbolic Play, Engagement, and Regulation (JASPER) model, and focuses on its core principles. Additionally, the paper provides practical insights into the stratified application of JASPER strategies. This article aims to offer a comprehensive overview of the JASPER model’s clinical and educational applications, serving as a guide for its future implementation in practice.
