网络学习社区的社会网络研究

A Social Networks Research on Networks Learning Community

网络学习社区作为教育领域中一个重要的学习支持平台，承载着信息共享、培养参与者的解决问题的能力，并完成知识重构和创新的责任。文章以社会网络为视角对网络学习社区进行研究，利用社会网络分析方法对一个具体的网络学习社区——现代教育技术论坛进行实践研究，量化地分析了社区成员之间的相互关系和相互影响，从而得出该网络社区的结构特点和存在的问题，并为网络学习社区的发展提出了建议。

As an important program platform in education， networks community carries the responsibilities of sharing information， equipping participants with the ability to solve complex problems and finishing the decomposition and innovation of knowledge. Taking social networks as the research scope， this paper will make an analysis of network community； also， this paper will make a further research of a detailed unstructured network learning community—Modern Instructional Technology Forum through the method of social network analysis (SNA). This quantities analysis will present the relationship of community members to coin the structural characteristics and problems of unstructured network community. Finally， this paper will give some feasible advice to develop a sound unstructured learning community.
