中文摘要 | 以”关注阶段”理论为基础,对宁波市高中信息技术教师在新课程实施中的情感状态进行了研究。结果表明:目前宁波市高中信息技术教师在新课程实施中”个人化”阶段关注程度较高,对新课程实施存在一定的抵抗心理,城乡教师及不同教龄教师目前在对新课程实施关注的7个阶段上没有明显差异。针对以上结论提出了相关干预措施,以改变教师的情感状态。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the theory of Stage of Concern, we have done a research about the teachers’ emotional states in new curriculum implementation of Information Technology in High School of Ningbo and got two conclusions. First, the teachers pay more attention to the personal stage and stick up to the new curriculum implementation sometimes. Second, in the seven stages of concern to the new curriculum implementation, urban and rural teachers haven’t significant difference just as the teachers with different school age. In allusion to the two conclusion, we bring forward some measures to change the teachers’ emotional states. |
