中文摘要 | 在时代要求的驱动下,信息技术与课程整合逐渐成为世界范围内一股强大的教育改革潮流,也成为我国基础教育改革的一大突破口。教师的信息技术与课程整合能力是推动改革的重要研究课题,然而不少中小学教师的”整合”教学活动存在很多问题,难以达到预期的绩效标准。文章依绩效思想设计基于信息技术与课程整合的绩效技术模型,为设计电子绩效培训系统提供依据。 |
英文摘要 | In the dive of the age’s request, the information technique and the integration of courses gradually become a reform current of a strong education in the world, and also become the reform of a big break of our country’s foundation education the teachers’ ability of information technique and the integration of courses is an important topic to push the education reform. However, there are a lot of problems which the teachers of primary and junior school have in the “integration” teaching activity, and its is hard to attain the standards of expectation. This text provides the basis for electric performance technique of information technique and the integration of courses. |
