建立我国教育技术职业资格认证制度的初歩思考

Thoughts on the Development of Career Certification System of Educational Technology in China

教育技术的发展重在人才队伍的建设，而人才队伍的建设离不开相应的标准和制度体系。建立教育技术职业资格认证制度可以引导教育技术人才培养与专业建设的规范化发展，提高教育技术人才队伍的素质与质量，促进教育技术学科与事业的进一歩发展与壮大。教育技术职业资格认证制度的基本要素，如”是什么”、”为什么”、”谁”、”怎么做”以及指导原则，是我国教育技术职业资格认证制度建设的重要组成部分。

The development of educational technology relies most heavily on the talent cultivation of the field， and talent cultivation needs certain standards and systems. In this paper， systems of career certifications will be introduced into the filed of talent cultivation of Educational Technology， to construct the career certification system of ET， which most probably leads to a new way of talent cultivation and promotes the development of the filed of ET.
