中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討教育志工在大學非正式課程中促進生命教育的角色與影響,選取東部某大學的教育志工組織為例,透過質性個案研究方法,深入分析教育志工在校園文化中的運作機制及其對學生生命價值觀的影響。 本研究提出了三個主要研究問題:教育志工在大學非正式課程中推動生命教育的具體角色與影響;如何運用教育志工所能提供之資源推動生命教育;以及探討教育志工在融入非正式課程中所可能面臨到的問題與克服方式。 研究發現,教育志工透過長期陪伴與情感支持,能在學生潛移默化中培養其對生命的關懷與尊重,從關注個體到利他意識,並對學生面臨人生抉擇時提供重要支持。此外,教育志工的多樣化背景和豐富的社會經驗,能夠協助教職員推動生命教育實施,並能協助學生建立正向的價值觀與社會責任感。研究結果也顯示,教育志工的系統性培訓對於其專業性和與學生互動時的敏感度具有關鍵作用。 基於研究結果,建議大學可深化運用教育志工在非正式課程中的結合,建立有效的反饋機制,並擴展研究範疇,以提升教育志工在推動生命教育中的實踐成效和影響力。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to explore the roles and impacts of educational vol¬unteers in promoting life education within the informal curriculum at universities. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research focuses on an educational volunteer organization at a university in Eastern Tai¬wan, analyzing the operational mechanisms of educational volunteers within campus culture and their influence on students’life values. Three primary research questions guided the study: the specific roles and impacts of educational volunteers in advancing life education within the informal curriculum; how the resources provided by educa¬tional volunteers can be effectively utilized to promote life education; and the challenges educational volunteers may face when integrating into the informal curriculum, along with strategies to overcome them. The findings reveal that educational volunteers foster students’care and respect for life through long-term companionship and emotional support, subtly influencing them from individual awareness to altruistic consciousness. Additionally, they provide crucial support when students face life decisions. The diverse backgrounds and rich social experiences of educational volunteers complement faculty efforts to implement life education, helping students develop positive values and a sense of social responsibility. Furthermore, the results highlight the critical role of sys¬tematic training for educational volunteers in enhancing their profes¬sionalism and sensitivity during interactions with students. Based on the findings, it is recommended that universities deepen the integration of educational volunteers into informal curricula, estab¬lish effective feedback mechanisms, and expand the scope of research to enhance the practice and impact of educational volunteers in promoting life education. |
