中文摘要 | 變革的社會,學校要有一位帶領追隨者衝破逆境,探求、預測未來和領導未來的領導者,以實踐翻轉創新的教育變革。而領導力涉及一種社會影響過程,社會影響下的社會行為,是行為者能動性的外顯行為,在學校社會生態環境下,領導者社會行為能動性是理解學校發展的重要因素,也是領導者與其環境之間相互作用下的現象與驅動力。本研究透過文件分析法進行研究,以學校領導者為主體的視角,看待社會行為能動性的展現,影響因素包括領導者個體素質:領導意識、思維與情緒,以及所處工作場所的生態環境,涵蓋:組織的文化、結構與物質層面,來分析其社會行為能動性。最後,將學校領導者社會行為能動性應用在教育場域,研究發現社會背景影響下,學校領導者發展其社會行為,在個體素質和生態環境條件交互作用,觸發領導能動性,讓領導者有驅動力、有能力處理校園重要議題,提升整體教育領導品質,是校園永續發展的重要領導取徑。 |
英文摘要 | In a transforming society, schools require a leader who could guide followers through adversity, explore and predict the future, and lead future innovations to implement transformative educational changes. Leadership involves a process of social influence, where social behaviors under this influence are the external manifestations of an agent’s actions. In the socio-ecological environment of schools, the agency of a leader’s social behavior is a crucial factor for understanding school development and represents the interaction and driving force between the leader and their environment. This study employs a document analysis approach, focusing on school leaders to examine the expression of social behav¬ioral agency. Influencing factors include the leader’s individual quali¬ties—leadership consciousness, thinking, and emotion—as well as the ecological environment of their workplace, encompassing organizational culture, structure, and material aspects. The analysis applies these fac¬tors to educational settings. The study finds that under the influence of social context, school leaders develop their social behaviors through the interaction of individual qualities and ecological conditions. This triggers leadership agency, empowering leaders to address critical campus issues and enhance overall educational leadership quality, which is essential for sustainable campus development. |
