高职专业人才培养方案制定的思考

Thinking on the Construction of Professional Talent Cultivation Plan in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章通过分析国内外高职人才培养模式，提出了构建”1-3-2工业结合教学体系模型”，实现高职人才培养的一种思路，并对高职专业人才培养方案的构成与制定流程进行了分析。

Based on the analysis of Professional Talent Cultivation models in Higher Vocational Colleges at home and abroad， the article provided a way of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges by proposing the construction of “One-Three-Two Work-study Combination Teaching System Model” and analyzed the component parts and formulation process of talent cultivation plan in higher vocational colleges.
