21世纪是电子信息时代世纪，需要大量高技能、综合性强的电子产业技术人才。而高职院校又是培养高素质技能人才的重要基地，那么实验是队伍则扮演着重要角色，但高职实验室队伍现状普遍不容乐观。简单分析高职应用电子实验室队伍现状、管理中存在的问题及重要性，再此基础上探讨师资队伍建设的策略，就如何建设一支高效实验室队伍提出一些建议。

The 21st century， the era of E-information age， needs the massive high-skills and versatile talents of E-industry technology. And vocational colleges are the important base of cultivating talents with good qualities and technical skills， meanwhile， the laboratory teams play a significant role. However， the present conditions are not optimistic. This paper analyzes the present situation of election applying laboratory team. Management problems and its importance. On this basis， the paper discusses the strategy of the teacher’s contraction and puts forward some proposals on how to construct a highly effective laboratory team.
