The course of Computer Application Basis is the public and basic course in higher vocational institute. According to the target of talent training in Chinese higher vocational education， the paper try to use modern instructional theory and some personal teaching experience and thoughts to discuss about how to teach and evaluate the course of Computer Application Basis in higher vocational institute.
