职业教育中弹性学习模式的构建策略探究

The Construction Strategy Inquisition of Flexible Learning Pattern in Vocational Education

该文通过对职业教育培养模式中存在的问题及其成因进行分析，根据教学系统设计原理和弹性学习的相关原理，构建了一个弹性学习过程模式，藉此模式给出了职业教育中现存问题的解决策略，以期能够促进职业教育的良性发展。

This article analyzed the problems and causes in the training pattern of vocational education. According to the instructional system design principles and the Flexible Learning principles， it constructed a Flexible Learning process pattern to give some strategies to solve these problems and promote the vocational education's healthy development.
