对硕士毕业生迁移就业目的地的实证研究

An Empirical Study of Migration in Postgraduate Employment

本文通过科技部中国科技促进发展研究中心一项硕士生就业数据，从毕业生迁移就业（包括离开户籍所在地和离开求学所在地）在全国各省市的分布，考察我国高教资源的区域分布特点，实证结果发现选择迁移就业的毕业生在全国各省市分布极不均衡，其中北京、上海、广东与浙江吸引了大部分各种形式的迁移就业的毕业生，而中西部省份对毕业生迁移就业的吸引力非常不足。

Based on a national survey of postgraduate employment conducted by the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development（CASTED）， this study analyses the distribution of postgraduate employment migration （including leaving the places of household registration and graduating university）with the goal to examine the distribution of higher education resources. The study shows that employment migration of the graduates are unevenly distributed， mainly concerning in Beijing， Shanghai， Guangdong and Zhejiang yet scarcely in middle and western regions.
