英文摘要 | Teacher professional development has been viewed as a key to success for improving students’ achievements and facilitating school and education innovation in the changing world. Recently, as a new alternative model to conventional teacher professional development, online Teacher Professional Development(oTPD)is becoming a new issue of concern for more and ore researchers. This paper provides a simple definition of oTPD, explores its origins, analyzes its potential advantages and challenges, and finally discusses some issues needed to be further explored in the area. |
