| 英文摘要 | Teacher development school plays the role of platform for the establishment of college─elementary and secondary school community. Community establishment is an active way to response to the current teacher education problems. While building the college─elementary and secondary school community in teacher development school, the focuses lie on as the following:educational cooperation, correct cooperation idea, sound cooperation mechanism, and the establishment of cooperation projects contents and win─win approach. In community building process, teacher development school could adopt beneficial external strategy for its improvement and enrich the school values.  |
